To partnership with the Unanimous States Department of Agriculture,  you must present a legal business license  / permit issued by your state and a drivers license also issued by your state. You must be a resident of the U.S. for at least 2 years.

You must also disclose information about your business like when you created it, why, what your plans for the business are in the future, and more.
